1. Return Policy Overview

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This policy is designed to give you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations. The 14-day period begins from the date you receive your item, not from the date of purchase.

Important: The 14-day return window starts from the moment you receive your product. Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be unworn or unused
  • The item must include all original tags and packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@highlicense.com.

When contacting us, please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Any relevant photos if the item is damaged

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. These instructions will include the return address and any specific packaging requirements.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Always contact us before shipping any returns.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged during shipping
  • You receive the wrong item

We need to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. When reporting damages or issues, please include clear photos of the problem so we can assess the situation properly.

For damaged or defective items, we will typically offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping expenses.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. This policy ensures:

  • Faster processing of your return
  • Immediate availability of your desired item
  • Clear tracking of both transactions
  • No delays due to stock availability

Once we receive and process your return, you'll receive your refund and can immediately place a new order for the item you prefer.

6. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

This right is provided under EU consumer protection laws and gives you additional flexibility when making purchases. The cooling-off period begins from the day you receive your goods.

As above, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

EU customers can exercise this right without providing any specific reason for the return, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund process includes:

  1. Inspection of returned item (1-2 business days)
  2. Refund approval notification via email
  3. Processing of refund to original payment method (within 10 business days)

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This processing time is beyond our control and varies by financial institution.

Refund Delays: If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@highlicense.com.

We will investigate any delayed refunds and work with you and your payment provider to resolve the issue promptly.
